Our partners are extremely important to us and help us accomplish Make Em Shine’s goals. Partnerships with nonprofits across San Francisco will allow us to hire from different neighborhoods, supporting disenfranchised people who want a positive path to becoming enfranchised.

Our partnership with Veterans is paramount to our business profile because they represent our mid-management core and bring prior training and discipline. This partnership is needed because each one teaches one, and as the veterans get into their routine, they naturally fall back on their training and discipline; people learn from their experience and from the experiences of others. We will hire and train in ALL disenfranchised communities in San Francisco, and our crews will reflect our diversity.
