Our partners are extremely important to us and help us accomplish Make Em Shine’s goals. The partnerships with nonprofits across San Francisco allow us to hire from different neighborhoods encompassing all disenfranchised people who want a positive direction as their path to being enfranchised.

Our partnership with Veterans is paramount to our business profile because they represent our mid-management core because of their prior training and discipline. This partnership is needed because each one teaches one and as the veterans get into their routine they naturally fall back on their training and discipline, people learn from their experience and from the experiences of others. We will be hiring and training in ALL disenfranchised communities in San Francisco and our crews will reflect our diversity.
